Learn how to make small dishes/snacks and enjoy the tastes afterwards with a cider tray. Chef Tuba Ardic will teach you how we combine Norwegian local products with Mediterranean food culture. Meet with one of the family members and learn about the process of growing and fermenting fruit for cider or brandy and taste samples of cider.

Price: NOK 750 per person incl. the course ingredients, guidance and cider tasting cider tasting with 5 samples (with or without alcohol).
Price per person under 18 years NOK 450 incl the course ingredients, guidance and tasting of 5 fruit juices and lemonades without alcohol.
Minimum number of participants: 2.
We provide the necessary equipment and an apron.
